Does Vindictive mind stack with the effects of Master of fire? Is it worth spending points into both skills?

So im guessing that the bonuses from Vindictive mind isnt even worthit? I was assuming that both buffs combined would make some deadly fireballs.

Dosent matter if its wrong secition or not ... vindictive mind sucks ass ... 21 max dmg for 10+10 (skill/dna)
