Dear GMs,
Would you please change Arrow Vulcan's casting time back to the iro customized casting time.
With this skill balance patch Arrow Vulcan's casting time has changed back to it's original ( long ) casting time.

All of iRO custom changes for skill cast time have been reverted back. Cast times will most likely be changed again at a later date.
