Question to Heim or Oda (or whoever)

What is the reasoning behind why the level 99 Merc Scrolls from the lucky boxes can't be traded? I really would like to be able to put my growing collection of them, on my other accounts (and who knows, then I would probably VIP them too and make some new characters - I'd also probably buy more lucky boxes/crates too if I knew I could spread the contents of them over my accounts - both of these things would result in a higher HeimDollar yield for you). I have no real use for them on my Main account, as everything I play is already max leveled, or now re-birthed to a level where the mercs serve no purpose. Can you please consider making them tradable, or at least transferable between accounts on the same Warp Portal account. I imagine there are many long term players with the same issue.

we need mercinaries to be buff'ed up hard. Because they dont have the hit to actually connect with any skills

That's a good question.

Pre-Renewal they were pretty powerful. I can understand why they were account bound then.

But with the way they are now, they should either be made tradeable or they should be buffed.

Could nn lucky box mercenaries be made zero weight/storageable/tradeable too, please?

Mercs use to be OP pre-renewal, now it shouldn't make too much of a difference to make them tradeable. They are fantastic for leveling low level chars or fresh trans.

I like the idea, makes leveling early on so much easier, especially for aco's/priests.

Yep. It's basically it. Right now the merc serves no purpose other than leveling new characters or newly trans - and they are great for that and I actually don't mind getting them from lucky boxes. Seeing as that is really the only use for them now, there is no reason to keep them account bound under renewal - or - at least allow them to be moved to other accounts on the same Warp Portal Account. (maybe make the ability to trade them between accounts a VIP perk or something)

The GMs will not change anything about mercenaries.

They don't have to change the NPC bought merc scolls, that's understandble why they are character bound. But there is currently no reason to account bound the 99 mercs.

The other days there was a thread about people having the KVM medals and items etc transferred from one account to another on the same Warp Portal account. If they are willing to do that (of all things) then there is even less reason to keep the 99 mercs account bound.

I think it would definitely make Lucky Boxes / Groove Packs more profitable for Gravity in the long run if things like Merc Scrolls were tradeable (if not vendable). The Bapho Ally Scrolls that were included in the last Groove Pack are tradeable/vendable...so why not 99 Merc Scrolls?

By the way, you can count me out of buying any more of your Christmas Boxes. "Blue Pretty Potions"...really?

yup basically i have like 40 sitting on my main account for like a year and a half now and i would love them on my main account for low lvls, and now that EB is gone, i want them even more :/
