1% for each card

How come there's no christmas exp event apart from filling ur bags with cards so theres no room for farming.

How large of a stack do you need to get xmas outfit?

the card system works like this -

theres 4 card sets. 1 card set has 25 pieces and hence take up 1 bag if you have them all. they are labelled 1-25.
the xp card set gives 1% XP bonus per card in its own bag slot.
say you have each card piece of a set, you can get 25% xp bonus. say you have 2 complete sets, you can stack them so that they only take up 25 bag slots but you only get 25% xp or you can separate them to take up 50 slots to get 50% xp bonus. you can have 100 card pieces of xmas card #1 taking up 100 bag slots and that would give 100% xp. the point here being each bag spot taken gives you the bonus and not stacked cards.
similar effect with battlefield reward card set, lant drop and item drop sets.

to compound you need 4 cards in a row (sort of like bingo).
you arrange cards in bag so that they follow 1-5 in 1st row, 6-10 in 2nd and etc. (they make a picture when arranged completely)
you can then compound like this- 1,2,3,4 numbered cards. or 5,4,3,2 or 1,6,11,16 or 21,16,11,6 or 3,8,13,18. No diagonals. Combos like 2,3,4,5 doesnt work as thats compounded as 5,4,3,2.
you get a hang of it after a while.

1% chance to get costume per compound i think. sounds like crap but they sold for 1kk to npc last year so its still good. (i know several people who made over 100kk from this event)

A Reminder - dont wait till last minute to compound all your cards. you can spend HOURS doing this and its generally traumatising for every one. do some stacked cards as you play.


as for 1% drops? you can up that with cards . generally its not too hard to get them. they dont bind or anything so thats a bonus.

I am more interested in the event xeons rather than lant/costumes. And I will probably farm in AT with my lv50 Mystic/Saker since my main is a druid....

i remember last year when ppl were hoarding the xenoa battlefield reward card set for svs pts (all to buy alosa >.>) such an idiotic card set now. (i has an alosa, i can buy another alosa, i can give coupons to person for another alosa...no1 wants alosa coz they all want balls)

im pretty sure the card bonuses stack with mall prem and HH, etc since they are considered as an unique event type bonus. should be easy to cap. will be very hard to sort through loot though.
