my friend told me that i have to get my IM through warpportal, but i forgot my email while i was making the accounts.. what do i do.. plz tell me i didnt lose them :[ i spent lots of time making them!! is there any way to retrieve it? i only know my id and password

You know I find it funny that it's been almost a month since this event stopped and it's still causing people annoyance/misery. I for one have given up on the IM points, I don't know if I'm getting any, nor do I care anymore. I did do the event, made a new account and got a sin to 41, but after a few weeks of hearing, "They're coming tomorrow" or "The points are coming Monday" and then it never happening, I quit expecting them to come. Now if they do come eventually, cool, if not, cool.

Send a ticket to the support team explaining the situation and they should be able to assist you in gaining access to the account (as long as you know enough about it to prove it is yours).

I'm not sure if the staff have finished distribution of the IM or if it is still being sent out. If you have not yet received your IM, send me a PM with the IGN (in-game name) of the character(s) in question and I will compile a list and send it to the staff so they know who is still missing their IM. Rest assured, if you completed the event according to the rules provided, we'll make sure you get your IM.

My girlfriend got her 1000 IM coupon and is waiting on her brother's 2500 coupon. I'm waiting on my 2500 coupon also. Maybe the 1000 coupons were sent out?

Also, has anyone gotten an error when they try to redeem their coupon? My girlfriend did, but she submitted a ticket already. Just wondering if anybody else has had that problem.

Evidently, they send an ingame mail to your character with a coupon you redeem at the Power Up section of the WP website.

Yes, that is what my friends got.. a coupon in the mailbox. But unfortunately for me, and i guess only me (?) did not. I dont know if this is a glitch.. or I did something wrong?
Here is what I did to make it clear.
I made a new WarpPortal account.
I made a new character.
I leveled it up to 31 during the event period.

That is what I did.. did I do anything wrong to cause this issue?
If not.. can someone help me?

You did everything just fine, so quit worrying. If it doesn't come by Sunday, contact support with a ticket.

requesting some clarity on the whole event, did it require a whole new warpportal account, or just a new DS account? to my knowledge, I'm not certain I've seen this very clearly specified or not.

I think players who created a 41+ account should get 2500 + 1000 from sales + 250 from returns + automatic entrance in double up raffle.

maybe they did it on purpose? so that we wouldn't stock up on the good stuff.
