Hi good day everyone, first of all its my 3rd day playing this game and i wanna ask if there is a warper/teleport npc (not scrolls) becoz i have my cart quest and it said that i should go back to junon to adventurers plain. Its very far to walk, I hope someone will enlighten me and sorry for asking this

in junon theres a boat at the south side theres an npc named Itz he can send you there for a price. http://rosena-wiki.org/wiki/Boat
