It's mainly the Warlock stuff I'm looking for, I want to see if it's enough to make the class if not balanced, at least good enough to not be a waste of a slot in non-TI parties.

Can you please provide a link? I'm clicking on all the 14.1 tabs on the main website and there's nothing about gear.

I nor the other mods I asked have heard of it being in this, pretty sure its not in here I don't know where Mef pulled that from other than the fact that Zero/Doddler translated it from the kRO Main/Test Servers some time back.

Also scroll up for the "13.3 items", in which there are more items which only drops in dungeons/fields/instances brought by 14.1.

I don't expect too much from AGI rangers with White Wing... I don't know if the double strafe rate will be THAT better than the Double Bound's one. I expect more from the INT rangers [casters, aka arrow storm, not trappers]

Even I want to make a warlock with those sets though <3

I WISH THERE WERE MAPS WITH WIND MONSTERS, I WANT TO MAKE A EARTH MAGE WITH FOREST SET D:

Hmm, so +40% with one element and +2 weapon card slots (which matter with the new cards), but lose 10-15% of that 40% to not having an SoD, get useless armor, lose another 5% damage from wasting an accessory slot on one of those orbs, and downgrade shoes to basically NPC shoes with an Alarm card, but weaker... oh, and weaken an entire element of spells too even beyond that. We also cast slower too, since we're forced to lose Orlean's Gown for a Phen card for an extra 10% cast time penalty. It's an upgrade overall, but on a class that's so insanely far behind so many others, I don't see this fixing it.

As for those armors:

INT + 1, MDEF + 10.
Decreases Lord of Vermillion variable cast time by 3 seconds.
If you have 120 base INT, adds an additional + 1 INT.

So... -1-2% cast time to one spell... which is negated 10-20 times over by having to switch Orlean's to a regular Phen, and a whole 1.5 MATK.

...and then they give RK's larger upgrades to damage, while BOOSTING their survivability substantially, just in case they hadn't already made offensive casting totally obsolete.

Sigh... I wish kRO thought the game was more than WoE... or that iRO was allowed to actually change things.

BUT... after you get your "Elemental Set" and by completing a quest?, you can exchange your Staff for a "Level 2" Staff which I have to say, is actually pretty good if you use the right element... even comparable to KvM SoD depending on the upgrade level... but that would be for WoE only after you card it with Zakudam Card.

That "Level 2" weapon is not coming until later patch after 14.1 I believe... don't quite remember when...

Yah, that's the "Level 2" weapon... it's suppose to be better than +14 KvM SoD at some point but since it's elemental, it's quite conditional.

It might not come with this update. originally 14.1 only gave out WL and AB sets. whether we will get the sets for the other classes will need to be confirmed when 14.1 is available on either sak or main servers.

BTw. Wasnt those new WLs weapon and armors able to enchant? I think i saw something like that somewhere and buffs where kinda cool.
