If you level the skill past level 1, it no longer requires an axe and you cause still use any other weapon.

Thanks for the report, this will be corrected for the next patch.

After testing out your claim, the skill Slugger appears to require Axe for all levels, preventing me from using the skill with other weapon types. Were you able to use the skill with another weapon, or is it a visual glitch?

That's exactly the skill points you should have. No more no less.

You do not begin to accumulate Skill Points until Level 10, which leaves you 9 Skill Points down at 211.

It's not broken, you are only meant to have 211 Skill Points, not 220. And in future, create a new thread for your issue, as this has nothing to do with the Slugger skill.

im not telling for the slugger skill...why its only 211skill poits on my first reset i got 220skill poits but on my second reset only 211skill poits in there:(

You never had 220 skill points, thats impossible
from lvl 1-9 you do not get any skill points, this is not a bug and has always been like this on Any ROSE server
as Genesis said, that leaves you with 211 skill points
the reason it doesnt give you any SP from lvl 1-9 is very obviously that you cannot have a job at those levels so u dont need any SP at those levels
creating a new char wont change anything, you will always have 211 SP to spend at lvl 220

I was able to use Slugger from level 2 and on, BUT the amusing thing was that when I logged out, I couldn't anymore.
When resetting the skills again, I could use the Slugger skill, up until logging out again.

you probably use right mouse click, when you do right mouse click it doesnt show any weapon requirement at ANY skill
because weapon requirements dont change when you level a skill
you probably didnt check you just assumed something

Did you even read the 2nd post where it explain where it was actually used? Maybe YOU should spend less time vindicating and spend more time reading the entire post.
