I'd guess that you've missed a step somewhere. Try backtracking to make sure you didn't miss a step, or forget to bring something you needed: http://irowiki.org/w...ob_Change_Guide
Failing that, you'll need to get the GMs to sort your character out, via ticket at support.warpportal.com

Since nobody else has reported this problem, one has to assume that the NPCs are most likely working, and your charachter has gotten bugged w/respect to the jobchange quest, and a GM will need to unbug your character.

I don't know what the backlog on tickets is right now. Pray they get to it before the xmas weekend.
