i'm proposing we break up the 70-95 range into something more like 70-80/85 and 80/85-95. Logic being that most of the time, a level 70 takes forever to kill something in the 70-95 range since the mob is picked more in line with the top of the range.
Then we could use the low level dungeons as turn in spots. Like having zenorcs or high orcs or phen/strouf, clocks, etc.
