If you think this skill balance update had no effect on Iro just look at the log in screen. Under 200 people online? Ive been with Iro since 2003 and every Christmas you had full servers of 700+. To see 156 people on the main server is sick. To see 1300 bots on Valk is worse. Dont take away the ability for us to lvl up .

Really? The balance patch is like the best thing to happen on this game. A few minor tweeks here and there on a couple of skills and cooldowns and this game would be back to being almost as good as pre-renewal.
That's too much but I agree with your point.

no it doesnt
To answer this....do u have a shadow chaser and have you tried it?...even as a ranger I don't really care for the damage and horrifying cast time/delay of arrow storm and fire trap is just saddening...
As for the main topic...
We all knew this patch was coming things have been out about it for along time pretty much since renewal it's self hit since kRO has had it for so long. I just don't agree with the fact that they buff and nerf certain skills limiting the usefulness of certain skills. This then affects the type of build one might go with. In general I would like to see the 3rd class skills all generally useful and one could choose how to build their stats to make their chosen skill tree more effective not the other way around as it is and has always been. The only class that has really only been able to do this is warlock since their skills are all related to the same stats really.
