the NPC says you need

Cotton Shirt
Red Potion
Holy Water
the lace item
and the wrapping paper item


the quest actually requires 3 Red Potions otherwise she doesn't complete the transaction

you get the box as well as an UNIDENTIFIED ITEM in your usable items tab
