Isn't RoFL combo with RoR which in description that will double the proc..
2x RoFL definitely don't stack.

Slightly OT, but how does one negate/disable the RoR/RoFL GFist effect? It's tough having my SP randomly go to zero mid-battle. Thanks in advance!

Don't wear both. You can't disable it.
