I've been searching and for some reason cannot find them at all. Is it that i need to get the points first before i can see them or am i just blind lol. Any help will be great thanks

Click on the Cash Shop button next to the map top right of your screen. Other than that there's still NPCs in the 2nd floor of Eden Group.
