Give your Class/Level/IGN/Server and requiring a party to be formed before you accept is ridiculous. Try forming a party yourself because with the tone and attitude of your request your likely not to get help. Have you asked you guild?

I'd do one but I'd rather not run the Risk of some sh!tty arrogant ranger making my parties more fail than they already are,
