You are not going to Mora. EVER.
You are NOT be allowed to buy Elven Arrows.

Go solo the instance instead. It's very easy.
If you can't do it then delete your Ranger please.

If you ever manage to get in an instance party you're very likely going to be kicked out of the party in the middle of the instance. If you are kicked out of a party while doing an instance, you are kicked out of the instance too.

The instance is easy, the hard part is getting people to follow directions so they won't get lost. We had to find our lost members but it only takes 20 min to finish after finding them. OP is from Valk server, oh wait, is that you Kiru?

Unless it's so u can get the warp accessory, just find a Priest with the warp. I've got 7 warpers with Mora. XD I'd say come find me if u need warp but I'm Ymir.

It took us about 20 mins to get through the instance thanks to our epic pro tourguide Clogon. It was funny he had to do it all over again coz he forgot to talk to the first NPC. lol xD

Just curious to why so harsh on the fellow. He only had 2 post so far in the forum. He just wanted party that will help finish the quest. Though the way he put it is a little off, he still wanted to do the quest ^^:;

I don't know, probably 'cause of this part " *Note: Your party must be ready to go before i'll accept the party!!!! ". He probably is too epic to be in a party that is still in recruiting or something. =/

Or his contribution to the party doesnt matter, that's why he needed a ready set party to tag along.
