Interestingly enough, the set only does about as good as a CoD for speeding up cast time. It doesn't reduce the fixed cast time that sacrament reduces. I'll take my sleips over dark lord boots anyday unless I was making some sort of silly ctrl click rk build.

the only thing that cant reduce fixed cast time its the dex, any other effect like magic strings, sprint rings, cod etc... can reduce fixed cast time

Last I checked cast reduction cards only shaved off the variable portion. You still needed sacrament for it to be instant/near instant minus certain skills that didnt have any fixed cast time. Only card that does reduce the fixed is the nidhogger card which was just released. Unless of course I'm wrong and those cards do cut the fixed and variable now.
