Okay, the NPC says the weapon must have specific enchants, example:

INT+4 to upgrade Crimson Staff, or "Staff of Mercy" [aka affection] to level 2.

AND BE +7.

But then I checked doddlercon's reference, the list may be incomplete, but yeah, it does not exist a "INT+4" enchant on the list.

So if anyone has already a level 2 staff which requires INT+4. Did you got a specific enchant "INT+4", or it does work with other enchants? [In this case, a "combo" of INT+3 with INT+1, or two INT+2...]

From what I've heard, you just need a combination of +INT enchants that totals to 4 or higher.

I could be wrong, but I am yet to see an INT+3 enchant , it feels like only INT+1 and INT+2 exist.
