Well working on a perm 50 specialist and well I need advice on perfecting it. I can learn the pvp ways myself but equipment and skill building wise I am not really sure.

Just my idea on what to put the points too @ 50. I put +5 in case I find 5 skill points for assurance on skills.
As for sets I have a few set ups in mind for the armor but not sure:
Option 1: 5 Monocle + Rokko helmet.
-AGI/Movespd/CD. Stat boosts from Rokko.
Option 2: 4 Mist elf + Burlune's fist + Rokko helmet/Burlune mask (the mission reward not heirloom)
-Alot of bonuses. Unlike Monocle I lose movespd.
Option 3 (The stupid one): 6 Glorious Monocle.
-An insane amount of CD and other alright bonuses. Lot of effort to get + Not perfect defensivley.
Give feedback and advice please.

The skills seem alright. Really, my opinion is to not perma-anything at a low level. But if you really insist on 50 I think your second option sounds the most rounded with at least some killing power with the CD from Mist Elf. I'd suggest the new Burlune Mask over Rokko Helmet because I don't think it would help you as much.
What are you doing for jewelery? I think that you would do a lot better to perma-55 rather than 50, because you'd have access to much more. At 55 you could have Aram's Earring+Ring of Intelligence for Agi, Aram Necklace of Perserverance for Agi, and Mimir Shaman Ring. On top of this you could get a Magichenge weapon which would be a lot easier to work with than a regular crossbow, unless you already have one set aside.

Well Ryvius speed earring + ring and 5 star lava belt + ring and 4 star lava necklace is my aimed for jewellry.
speed earring + 5 star belt + 4 star neck = about 60+ AGI (Before SC options.)
Both have move-spd as a set bonus @ 2 parts.
I can use Hero sign of Kazeura instead of Lava neck for having more hp/mp and stat bonuses. I can go for Magma @ 50 but if I got 55 then Magichenge works. As for shield I have a skeleton bandage and cape will be Cape of Fog.
