Chars DC and connection failure

Hello everybody,

I was playing, and all my chars got DC. After that I asked a rose online friend if he got DC too, he said me "no". Till this moment, I am not able to go on the warpportal website (right now, I use a public internet connection) and I can't play ("connection failure (patch.roseonlinegame:80) Failed to connect to the server.").
After that I tried to use a public connection and everything was ok, I was able to patch the game, log in, go on the website)... Should I advise the support ?

I used my normal connection, my home connection (and what I call "public connection" is a usb internet key). Ticket sent to the technical support, ty.

have you tried doing this?

If the Server Status Checkers report that everything is working but you still cant connect or having serious lag and d/c then you might want to check your connection between your home and the RoseNA server. If your ms is over 300 then it will be becoming unplayable. If the ping responses time out(stars will appear) then you have no connection between your pc and the RoseNA server.

One classic and simple way to do this is by running the Windows CMD and type this command: tracert www.roseonlinegame.com

not sure if it will help or not, with recent things going on with the server it could just have said "pfft screw this guy/gal" for a wee bit~ i would advise sending a ticket if you need to as they can probably tell you more of why it did it to help prevent it or fix it if it happens anymore.

In fact right now I use my usb internet key so I cant test, but as I was not able to go on the website+game, I guess there is no connection between my home and the roseNA server. Btw I sent a ticket, with my IP and some screenshots, so we will see.
