I know that Spirit MND increases healing spells of Radiants. Is it the same for Protectors as well? Does MND increases Protector healing skills? :thumb:

Yes but the 1200 mnd buff from elementals only adds like 30 to 40 a tick to heals.

Elementals? What do you mean by that? Or are you referring to Protectors instead of Elementalist?

And you mean to say that having 1200 MND for Radiants gives more healing than 1200 MND for Protectors (not including the actual skill lvl of healing spells that you get from their skills)?

I know that for every 5 MND, your healing increase by 1 point. Is it the same for Radiant and Protector class or they have different calculation?

Heals formula its Magic Dmg + light dmg + 1/3 MND. In case of healing over time skills its all devided by 5 (magic attack/5 + light dmg/5 + MND/15). So for prots to try to increase theyr heals its kinda a waste of time, better build a high HP pool to die slowly :thumb:

I did an experimental build with
  • +10 FOC armour for skill crit / SCAD, with MND and light attack enchants
  • +15-20 Supernus reinforced magic jewels with skill crit and MND / light attack
  • Wand with Cont. HP Recovery and more magic attack (S1 Xenovia cos MND goes up) - used wand cos it can use with a shield, and unlike a bludge magic attack goes up with reinforcement = more heals!
With heal skills maxed with DNA (for a L75) Restoration was ticking 250+, and the other heals' initial heal was about 2k on crit (at 45ish % ), with cooldowns that weren't too bad. (I think at L85 you can have Sacred Hand ticking continuously)

A decent +'d shield with prot block skills will negate a lot of damage anyways, and I found tanking DS/TM/WS bosses, or whole JS rooms was easily possible without a radi or mystic. No mall gear! Useful at this time with few people playing and a full party hard to find...
