Lets see. you need mora coins to that you need some quest, some people think that do quest it's a pain in the a**. Then the random factor at the time to pick the gear + the super random factor of the enchant + the upgrade.

I got a perfect modded Sabbath Hood with +4 agi and 2 Evasion3 mods.
