so I wanted to reset my Mechanic and I got 2 reset stones using EDEN badges and I bought one from a shop but it looks like the reset stone guy doesn't want the one that I got from the shop, I'm guessing that the one from the shop is from Reset Stone Box (Kafra) but the eden ones and kafra ones should be the same right? and Yes I just need 3 reset stones not 4 ALSO as you see the reset stones don't stack

go up to the 2nd floor and talk to the guy holding the red potion in his hand he's by the stairs he stacks items that are not in stacks (reset stones, enriched elu/ori, etc)

the NPC is checking to see if you have X# of items in 1 stack if they're spread out they count as separate stacks

I had a the same problem before. Try the Payon stacker near kafra, there is a stat resetter there that stacks reset stones.
