The TCPNoDelay feature specifies whether the client uses the of delaying of the sending successive small packets on the network, per transaction.
By default, Message Queuing (also known as MSMQ) enables nagling (Nagle's algorithm) on the TCP sockets it uses. It improves overall performance, but it might briefly delay transmission of smaller packets.
As for TcpAckFrequency, you can read this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328890

NOTE IN XP PRO MSMQ was not needed, and there are reports or MSMQ both being needed and not need in VISTA/WIN7
Doing this will and should increase response to mmo or any online games, but it also can reduce d/l speeds some

Does this work on win7 home? I know a lot of TCPACK fixes in the past versions of windows didn't work on the "home" versions.
I own a windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Genuine copy & i also download all of the updates along with it so its up to date. Yes it does work for me.

So I'm not really seeing packetloss or high ping times...(sits at around 110ms consistently).
However having issues on getting mobbed and or running into issues of pushback/location...
My cart revolution hits and pushes several mobs away. at times I can't do a second function or
move right away as I click a new spot to move to yet see no movement of my char along with a general
momentary "stall" of everything else..and can't cast CR again due to now client+server thinks it's different
"locations" and the monster's not CR'able (until I keep trying to move around).
Is this MSMQ supposed to help against this?
I went ahead and did this enabling, etc on my 32bit Win7 home premium system to see if it'd help.
All is ok on setting it up,and activating it,etc.
To be honest, don't see much if any improvement. at times it's seemed worse.
So was this MSMQ to be a help against that or is the movement (monster/self location) just something else entirely?
