Hello, I'm an old player from way back when Ragnarok had an Australian server. Shortly after the surver shut down I ended up quitting RO due to all of my gulidies leaving.

Recently I've decided I want to get back into RO and I would like to know what changes have happened to the game since I last played.. The last major patch that happened while I still played was the one while allowed Alchemists to have a pet follow them.

Also if there's a good server for Australians or a guild I should look into asking to join that would be much appreciated.

Hm, major things off the top of my head...

Renewal happened. Third Classes, max level of 150, lots of changes to game mechanics. Levels 1-99 also go much faster now.

Cash Shop. Items for real money. Speaking of which, all servers are Free-to-play now with a VIP benefit system instead of the subscriptions. (Ymir requires VIP to create new characters though)

Monster killcount events (a.k.a. turn-ins), for better or worse, are currently the norm for levelling quickly/in a party.
