Anyone knows anything about this gears? I've heard they reduce the time it takes to fish. What patch is this implemented in? It would help a ton in fishing for cat hand points xD, specially now with mora gears.

They are ingame, but there is absolutely no legit way to get them right now. The NPC to get them from via trade-in never got implemented with 13.1/13.2

Cat hand points somehow also enhances the chances to enchant mora gears... or so I hear...

I am playing RO since CBT kRO (Wich should be like 11 years now?) and even I as an ,,veteran" just recently found out that you can exchange Meat at Umbala for Jellopy AFTER hunting 1500 Jellopys at Poring Heaven :-)

thats not true, unfortunatly.

I got like 5000 Points (I once thought you might need them for teleporting at new world...) or so and my gear is breaking all the time
