Awesome discovery. Once I +9 my Sabbath Manteau, I'll reroll my crappy Evasion3, +2 agi and +4 luck and see if I get anything special.

I think they are +7 or +9 exclusive upgrades. You are also given a chance which type you can get but the values can still vary randomly.

The better options aren't exactly better. I'll take +4 Agi or +4 Luk over 2-3% more ranged attack on my Ranger. The upgrades just just gives you more flexibility.

Does that mean the higher upgrade ones you can choose what you want but the value is random?

Or, moreover, if I upgrade mine to 7, is it for sure better enchants? o:
