I accepted and completed the quest "Paradise (8)" in Salvalon, which requires you to beat F5 mode. Upon completion I was presented with another hero quest called Paradise. I was not able to accept the quest due to a full quest log, I i quit the MM and went to town to complete my finished hero quests.
When I got back to the mission map to reenter F5 to accept the quest, I was not able to. I was doing quests on two characters at the time, and now I cannot complete the quest for Akia cave.

Edit: Apparently there is another quest chain given by a completely different NPC that unlocks the same exact F5 mode again. This is the most counter-intuitive, confusing bull-_- I've ever seen.
