Because when you download the patch, leaving Rose Online Client error (GenPatch) "has encountered a problem and needs to close"
The patch is contedido that is not in the file that you download the game. (Game downloaded from the site)

You can't download them manually, you just need to download the normal installer on the downloads page (not the torrent) if it doesn't work try allowing rose on the firewall and opening the proper ports (click the word support at the top and look at the Rose Knowledge base).
