Can any developer or moderater please tell me why waiting problem still happened from time time time?

It's worse during UW time, it still waitng and waiting when login to leonis but draconis don't have login problem. Why?

If current staffs failed to work on it, can hired new engineer to work on it?

I AM NOT PLAY FOR FREE, I PAID FOR MY ITEM SO I GOT THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE! IF YOU FAILED THEN BACK TO YOUR SCHOOL AND STOP PRETEND LIKE AN EXPERT TO FAIL A COMPANY!
