Well i dont know much about xenoas so i need help with druid caster build atm 68lv but will be higher soon.

For pure druidele, go for lv72 Destruction set, magic jewels, scad ball and DC wand/tb shield.
Build: max dashes and put points in all magic dmg based nukes. ROB and Gravity up is also pretty good.
I am sure Longhorn or Pling can give you better advice on this.
