I remember you could add a random stat to your armor. Now it looks like you can add to boot garment and accessories as well? How do you do it and what are the stats you can add and the rate of success / braking? Or is there a link to something I could read? Thank you.

You can only do it to the Mora Gears - irowiki.org/wiki/Mora_Enchants

There is also the armor enchanter for no mora equips not sure rates but she is just south of mid kafra in pront if u can find her in the mass of merchants also she only does armor if I remember correctly

When the malangdo patch kicks in you can enchant level 4 and some level 3 weapons as well.
