Just wondering what the general quest progression line is for access to Mora?

I completed the Cat Hand New World access quest, the Ring of the Wise King Quest, and I'm wondering what I would have to do next for access? Is Doha's Secret Orders required? Or is the Onward to the New World quest still required even if you took the Cat Hand shortcut?

Any help would be appreciated.

if you have ring of wise king you should be able to get to mora doing this quest. You don't actually have to kill the mvp and all that, just get the seed things

Don't need the ring. Pretty much you can get there with only seeds. At least 135 to do some of the quests there.

nah wandering gaurdian is ftw cuz u can go there at lvl 100s with it
