FAK this got me so mad, i wasted 105m buying from someone 1 box of each snowboard set (boy and girl) and i end up getting 1 blue snowboard hat and snowboard. For someone who haven't bought the box last time i didn't know that the the box only gives 1 part for the costume set! NEXT TIME PUT IT CLEARLY IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX THAT IT ONLY GIVES "1 PART" PER BOX. ef this

Same thing happened to Christmas cart, but luckily customer service help me to exchange them. So far all cart only look at PAT version, they anyhow change the so called "cart type" but never mention properly.

By the way, each snow box 75 IM but you can't disassemble for coin or IM. What we can do with extra parts? And this suit never give extra drop rate or exp. This is worst than lucky spin!

It's not about 1pcs or complete set issue, it's the problem that they never mention it properly.

And they still let you preview it as 1 full set. Check how they sell those winter box, it highlight properly all the item you will get from the box. So why shouldn't for this box?

Sorry for the confusion, this item has been around for long time and dates back to when buying items was done via the website.
The website has the details that its contains only 1 of the parts, but the game description for the outfit clearly doesn't state that.
I will work on a description update for tomorrow, and get some words of notice in the item mall to prevent further confusion.

Also regarding them not breaking down, I will look and see what can be done about this as well. Clearly the old item is just that old and doesn't follow our current set up for item mall items.

Yeah that kinda sucked, Bought two boxes..not knowing and got two snowboards xD--And I've only played since April pretty much..so there's no way new players could know.

You had informed about the improper description of the snow box, why you never update the information in your first post immediately?

I pay premium....for a chance....to get a plain....white....shirt, and some jeans?.... I'm not one to complain, but.... lack of creativity? or am I missing something here? Is this like a Walmart/Kmart event going on here? haha. Kinda boring don't ya think, and something that is only for "chance". damn i agree, this is a ripped off. the preview shows the full costume of snowboard than bang once you clicked it all i got is a stupid snowboard.... just put the damn price there 300 im points ....for a set and dont show the whole costum set and eventually only one part it is really pissing me off........ this is not cool and this is not how to cheat properly.... thanks calanor.. I wont buy anymore im points as of today....... perioddsssssss

Are you serious, are you really going to steal our money right of our pockets like that? Come on, put it at 300pts+ and just let us get the entire suit, I refuse to take ANOTHER chance at getting an entire suit. This is honestly lame, I don't pay real money(yes im a nerd and "virtual" collecter of this game) to pay for a chance. This is ROSE, not the lottery, not a casino, this is getting ridiculous. It doesn't even state that you only get 1 of the items, it CLEARLY states SUIT. Definition below for whomever wrote SUIT as the description of item:

I know this is just a game. But when real money is involved it becomes a product, a virtual one but still a product. Like cable or a movie, etc. So advertising the suit as a suit, and not giving the suit is false advertisement.

Wow, once again the devs think that nobody has a life, and people only sit around and play rose all day. I farmed for 15 minutes in luna, and got 5 ice chouchous, so, with that saying it would take around 1,140 minutes or 19 hours or so of farming to get 380 chouchous for the full snowboard set. You truly have to have no life to be able to accomplish anything in this event... for ..... sakes would you guys please increase its drop rate or something cus its pathetic, Nobody is going to farm around 19 hours for a snowboard set.

And lets not forget that the Ice chouchous are not vendable, nor tradeable.

totally agree! devs and gms keep doing things like if no one had a life, most ppl work or study, they cant be sticked to the pc the whole day, most of all got other things to do and i cant play 24 straight hours daily.

and if ur too lazy to farm it ==> ur not worthy enough to own it

a chest costs 1500 union points, u get 30 points each war

==> it takes u 50 wars to get a chest

and if u can play only 1 hour per day u only can do 1 union war per day

==> it takes u 50 days to get 1 chest..........

i had the same problem with the pirate coins

i was killing mobs and got 5 coins in 1 hour while others were selling hundreds of them in the same time

maybe ur just farming the wrong mobs or ur unlucky

Waiting for another day will only make things worse Calanor. There are enough people who do not visit the forums and then I didn't even start about those who can't read english that well and recognize basic words. Such a mistake should have priority number one and it's unacceptable that it is not fixed immediatly.


Have fun answering those few dozen tickets that were created overnight about this.
