hii GM^^ my character is stuck in hazy forest... i cant play my character. everytime i choose that character it disconnects from the server.. pls help me GM.. thanks.. my IN GAME NAME is BounTy_HunTeR i cant log in my character.. please GM help me T_T thanks in advance

Contact the GM's via support ticket at support.warpportal.com - be sure to include the character name and server.

This happens when you fail to connect while transitioning between the map outside an instance into the instance - you end up on a location in an instance map, but the game doesn't know which instance of the dungeon to send you to, so you're stuck in the void (An "instance dungeon" is so named because a separate "instance", or copy of the dungeon, is created for your party - I realized that the use of the same word to refer to the type of dungeon, and the individual copy of that dungeon created for your party, is confusing).

The only way to get out is via GM intervention, and the way to get that is via ticket. Support tickets are going pretty fast lately - the sooner you get the support ticket in, the faster you'll get your char fixed.
