Really depends on your luck. +12 is pretty realistic within 1.5k~2k KP. +13 is completely pushing it out of that boundary though. +14 KVM Weapons and people will start having delusions about you possessing x2 Megs 24/7.

18k kafra points (2b in zeny i spent buying codes) and back at +12 with an item i tried to +13. this was during the 50% kafra point back bonus, so perhaps on jan 27 ill try again, most likely not cause it's just stupid to

Its because that card is made for kRO only.
I think I have read somewhere that they have safe certs also, but a cert that does not break and downgrade .. you can guess what my point is.

it's pure luck man, I had bad luck on my kvm weap, used something like 35,000 hd ori trying to +10 (HOURS AND HOURS of spamming mighty hammer) and didnt get it untill the enriched guy showed up, took 9x attempting +9~10 with hd from that.

So far I am also having very bad luck trying for even +12 FML
