get stats that you want ur hawker to have.

dex adds dmg+dodge
str adds dmg/def/hp
int adds mp/mp regen/mdef
charm adds chances to find SUPER GODLY items
sen adds sensitivity, a more sensitive char attracts more girls in the game.
con adds concentration so you dont have to concentrate as much while playing

get the skills you want in the order the game allows u

Hello and welcome to R.O.S.E Community Astronomical.

I am not good at Scouts, I got only one which is level 166. I would suggest pump only DEX and keep CON as your level is. For me this ratio works just nice. Later when reach higher near 200 then you can pump some STR and SEN. DEX should stay something around 300 - 350 ( naked ) I believe.
But I am just suggesting and thats what I am going to do with my scout. Thou I might be wrong.

About skills. There really is not much skills, so you could not miss anything. Just get these which you would like to get. I managed get all attack skills and some passives. I suggest you to get flaming hawk skill. It is a summon monster which will help you a lot during in battles and it looks nice/cute/awesome.

I hope you did get a bit help.
