The tcp delay fix produces great results for a minority of users, and it's free. It can't fix a lousy route between your ISP and gravity, which is the cause of the majority of lag users experience. If you're located in the EU, your lag is almost certainly network lag - which can't be fixed by the tcp nodelay fix.

Lowerping provides great results for a majority of users, and usually fixes the horrible lag that overseas users sometimes experience - but you have to pay if you don't want to be DC'ed every 30 mins.

So by all means try the tcp fix first, but don't expect it to work. Lowerping, that should make a difference unless your ISP itself is real crap.
