I was trying to send WPE to a friend via the WP Virtual Gift Card system. It keeps saying I have 0 WPE and 3k Benefits Points and it says I cannot use this Benefit Points to purchase the Gift Card. I have 3k WPE sitting in my account. What gives?

Write in a ticket so the support and billing depts can investigate whats up.

Did you earn them through surveys or something?
I only ever had that problem when 200 of my points were from the gift codes they gave out last year.

AFAIK benefit point is from "friend with benefit program".

No because I paid to get those 3k WPE with my credit card. I don't have any friends I referred to this game that will make me earn any WPE from their "friends with benefits" program.
