Forums and vent are set up, and the guild has recall.
We are currently woeing only on saturday, with woe 2 to come once we have a reliable player base.
The type of player we are looking for:
1: Isn't completely retarded
It's fine if you are not the best player, so long as you can follow directions and not make the same mistake thirty times.
2: Strives to better themselves as a player, in and out of woe
We have players that have been around a while. Listen to their advice, and you will improve.
3: Is active during the week, and woes when available
We're a RO guild with RO players. If you don't play the game, why would you bother joining a guild?
4: Interacts with members in guild chat and/or vent
Anti-social = lose. We value our community, and have a fairly active vent. New people to talk to is always a plus.
5: Participates in out of woe activities (Endless, MvPs, etc)
You'll have more fun if you do things other than level and woe, and by playing together during the week, you will learn the way our current members play, which will make woe go a lot smoother.
6: Doesn't get their feeling hurt easily.
We are a very relaxed guild. We don't need drama, and don't need people that start it.
That being said, your class, gear, and level isn't really important to us. I would much rather have a low level player that can listen to constructive criticism and constantly improve themselves, than a 99/70 who is a complete idiot and is so arrogant that they refuse any advice.
Classes/Roles that we could currently use include:
A Bard/Minst. It's a pain in the ass to have to dual strings, an active bard would be awesome.
Wiz/High Wiz. There are a lot of them out there, we could really use a few that can listen and improve. Most that I have seen on valk are really bad, and oblivious to it. I am currently our only High wiz, and it would be great to have a precast that wasn't just me.
Champ. For the classes that are a royal pain in the ass but don't do much, we need more champ's to take them out quickly.
Bomber. Same reason as above, as we currently only have one champ and one bomber.
Sac Pally. Keep our wizline alive.
CP. Simple to do, doubles precast effectiveness. We have characters for CP, so if you want to do something really useful, you could play them for woe.
Warper. We usually dual client warpers. A dedicated one would be extremely helpful, yet we understand it is boring as-_-. If we could find people willing, we could supply a priest/gems, and people could rotate weeks to warp/play.
While the things listed above would improve our woe, we are more concerned about having quality players.
