Hello, I am leveling my high archer who is currently level 22 (or.. was. A lil higher now ;3)

Gelato hat's required level is 20. So I was like, heckyes! I can use that 300 boost in HP cos i am SQUISHY!

Wrong.. At level 22 its giving me an error saying I am not in level.. /sob

It clearly says level 20. Jobs ALL.

On my screenshot, it shows the level required, job all, my base level, and the error in chat log.

An answer in here or something would be sweet.

I also found this error. I checked it every level and found that the actual level requirement is umm... 40, I think.
Then again, this is iRO. There are so many faults and bugs with the item descriptions it's just plain sad. I took a look at the description table for all the items and found random bouts of colored empty spaces on almost every weapon and worse effect phrasing on some items than engrish private server translations.

I had to look at a private severs item list just to see that the hat is for level 40...
why we no keep item descriptions on main site?

Yeah it is 40.
They didn't seem to read my heed to change the description on the thread "Patch Note" whereas describing the lottery that hat can be obtained.

Man.. That sucks.. Nowhere near 40 yet.. 5 more levels then.. /sigh
