So is it still removed or is it back in effect cause i heard after the balance patch it was working again. I just need to know for treasure purposes.

I can't remember which, but it was either Heim or Oda that confirmed that the Drop Penalty was still disabled even after the Balance Patch on these forums.

It's really hard to determine if there's a drop rate penalty if you're looking at an item with less than 1% drop rate....
