I've been reading the guide and using the external link to find items. My question is: How do you get the Reset Stone?

You buy it from the kafra shop (cash shop button) using Kafra points that you bought with real money.

Alternately you can get them by turning in Eden Merit Badges (awarded for doing turnin quests), or you can buy them from another player.

Note that the reset stone requirement is bypassed if you currently have a VIP subscription.

And by Eden Merit Badges, the quests you complete on the boards in the Eden Group thats level dependant?

You get them from the Weekly Turnin Quests in eden group (given by Gramps) http://irowiki.org/w..._Turn-In_Events

You also get them by turning in MVP loot at the npc in eden group, and you can sometimes get it from the daily npc in north room of eden group (he gives a free item once a day, once per account (not per char)).

You don't get them from the eden quests from the boards.
