Phen card, bloody buterfly card for un interupted cast, will increase ur casting time tho.

Alof of things will make you inable to cast a spell...

sleep - nightmare (Zzzz over head)
silence - Marduk (... emoticon)
getting hit without uninterruptible cast

... is silence status. Block it with marduk card, or cure it by using a green potion (avail at all tool shops, 50z each)
