i log into the game and get into a charcter and than i enter the game and im stuck. i cant move at all. pleas help me

Click "ESC" key on your keyboard.
At that Menu click "Relocate" until your unstuck.

heres what i already did: i log out and log in, i exit the game and enterd, i redownload the game, and i clicked on relocate 20 times in a row and not in a row and nothing changes. im still stuck please help me

Go into your game folder and delete patch.id and then run patcher. After it finishes patching see if it works. If not, try reinstalling again.

i did what you told me to and now the game isnt working at all i cant even get to my charcter!!!!

Try doing it again. What you have is a patching error. By deleting patch.id, running Patcher and letting the game repatch, it fixes some broken things. If this doesn't work, try reinstalling once more.

i tried to patch again but after 3 min it says: runtime error!! and it exit the patcher.
to try to reinstall?

Try to reinstall and see if it works.

I did repair and than i patched everything from the start.
i log in to the game and it worked my charcter moved and all but now i cant see any monsters but they can attack me.
