Say the first time I do the Eden gear quests are when I'm 70ish.

Will the reward instantly be for the 70 and above level items, or will it provide only the most basic set, i.e. tier 1?

I don't have the opportunity to try it out anymore since my account on Ymir's maxed out slots wise and all 70+, but was curious.

You will get the equipment for the level 70 and above items.
