Well, it is as the title says. T got my mastersmith to 99/70 lastnight, used up all my skill points, got myself VIP and all that cool jazz, finished the mech job change quest, talked to Chainheart, got a Driver Band[1], no green apple ring, no job change, I was not on my mount, I took off my cart, I even brought a reset stone just in case something like this would happen, but now I'm stuck and I already sent a ticket but was told to try the forums. Hope this problem gets fixed soon, thanks for reading

How much more proof do the GM's need?
This player's issue seems to be he had 2 stat points to place still at job and the he got the 3rd class item yet he didn't get job changed. This is definately a bug that needs fixing.

Should you require additional help, please do not hesitate to contact us again. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your continued support of Ragnarok Online."
I appreciate this, but which apartment should i be sending this bug too? I've already sent 3 tickets. Now i'm confused and STILL stuck. Wouldn't it just be a little easier if maybe a GM spoke to me directly through the game? I'm not gonna quit sending tickets until this gets resolved, this bug or whatever it is, is unfair and it's wasting my VIP time.

Try PMing Oda or Heimdallr about the issue directly
I'm still waiting for a reply from either one of them. It's getting kinda out of hand now, i figured this would be fixed in maybe a day or two, while at work or while i'm sleeping, nothing.
