ok so in the past.. if you had a quest completed and you talked to gramps again and selected the same quest he would say

You have completed this quest talk to me again to receive your reward (or something like that)
no penalty


TODAY!!!

i had a 400/400 quest in my log from the previous day
23+ hours had already passed
I spoke to Gramps not remembering if i had turned it in already. tried to re-Aquire the quest

it did not give me the dialogue of already being done so i figured i had already turned them in.
when you dont have 400/400 talking to him and selecting the quest promps him to ask if you want to be warped. NORMALLY....

when i spoke to him again and tried to select the quest to get a warp he said "You need to wait 23 hours before i can give you a new quest"

I looked in my quest log and saw 400/400 for both quests
realizing my mistake i Turned in the quests i had 400/400 x2 and tried to pick up the new quests

he wouldnt give me a new quest.. instead i just had the 22:59 timers...


so i had to waste a reset stone to join my group to do the TI.... even though it was more than a day since i had done the TI
