Im not selling my set for 250m I made prices here wich people can buy them for, I dont force people to buy them..
U can whisper me later today I will give u ur money back and u give me my set back so u can buy it from someone else

I'm an honest, loyal, and very respectful person in this game and especially when I buy and sell items. However, don't give it back... he clicked the trade/confirm button, that was a deal he made. His choice to pay that price, not your fault and you shouldn't have to resell the costume because of his mistake. I'm sorry if I sound a bit rude towards Quessy but that is his fault, not yours Platinos. It's called a market, he bought it for that price, and it is your gain and his loss.

Just my opinion.

Exactly. My point is, another view: Who's to say that when he bought it he bought it at markets worth price, and now it went down already. It happens. This isn't Walmart, you don't get a 30day money back guarantee haha.

I actually agree with your

"Customer Satisfaction = happy customers = Returning Sales = More money in the long run". You even see there are a virtual world and what you say "real world". What you do not see is the difference and the problems returning things can occur. Think about how many people would constantly start to go "hey dude I just bought "item" from you for "400mill" the other day, now the market and everyone is selling for "100"mill, can I have my money back? Think about how that would affect vendors or just the general ROSE community who sells things at times. You can't go by returning items like this because it is not practical. I'm not trying to sound rude towards you at all, and maybe you can work it out with Platinos to make the deal better in your eyes, I just think the bigger picture is that yes the deal kinda went sour from you, but Plaitnos didn't do anything wrong, he sold it for the price he felt right and you bought it at the time for obviously the price YOU felt right, so the fact that the market changed or you maybe didn't look at the general going market price is irrelevant.

Sometimes I sell things for a price that is way higher than the going market value in the game, but that is because I simply won't let the item go for any lower than that price cause it has more value to me than others.

Sorry if I sounded rude or inconsiderate, not my intention at all. I just didn't think Platinos should have to give something back simply on a disliking of the price you got it at.
