No, this was actually changed in February of last year, the items restrictions after the event were changed.
They are limited, but not bound to the character

That sucks, I get my bonus back points on one account, but I want the items for the account I use now. I was gonna buy them and gift them to my new main. Thats a bummer :/

how do u get ur bonus back im points. i remember spend around 2800 i poin on 28-30 dec 2011 & on the rose blog said that we would get 25% on 26th of january

As I read the patch note, I know something funny. They mix the no deal in middle of the deals.

I thought perfect seperation drills from IM didnt break the gem?

Ok so this kinda annoyed me. you said they are not account bound. But they are... I bought the Rosearian Ski's and they ARE account bound, I even tried gifting them before taking them out of the purchases tab and it said I couldn't....help if I'm missing something here. As I bought them on my vendor character and I don't want them on that I wanted them on my main raider.

Zurn why is the Rosearian Ski's not tradable, I thought Calanor said the winter event items were, is that not included in those items?

i dont know why they arent i would imagine that all event items from this year are tradeable, apparently not so though possibly just a bug like the cowboy/Indian outfit from the lucky spin so possibly in two days itll change~

Rosarian skis were never tradable. They had this event years ago but then, they were giftable but since they've removed that, they are account bound. Always have and probably always will. So it's no bug, unfortunately.

Sorry for the confusion SirSlayer, but the item is currently "Character Bound", and it should be honestly "Account Bound".
The change will be put in during the next patch, you will be able to move the item between characters on the account, but not off the account.
